JET, DISSAPOINTMENT = TOOK MONEY!

Made a payment at store, the payment went off only a month later (paid with by debit card) - a month thereafter the amount went off again. Lodged complaint with Jet, were helpful until I provided the documents they requested for refund, then I heard nothing. Followed up and nothing, nothing, nothing... Store closed down and now I do not hear anything.
