Jet dispute

I'm quite impressed by how speedily and professionally my dispute was handled by both the cbd and Waterfall Mall store managers, including the area manager. They were very helpful indeed and the store manager, Norine, took her time to make sure I left the store satisfied. I would highly recommend her and the area manager Nxumalo/Khumalo. For the first time in a long time, Customer service was also quite helpful and I did not have to hold the line for long to receive some service. I am however still not fully satisfied with customer service as I am still waiting (more than 24 hours later) for my statement that was supposed to be emailed to me in an hour. The customer service department can do better in ensuring our quiries are attendend much faster than how they are being handled at the moment as well as responding to emails. As customers, we shouldn't have to spend over an hour to get telephonic disputes resolved.
