JET DISFUNCTIONAL/NO SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE at Jet stores. I called the accounts number and a voice recording gave me other numbers. I called that numbers and it does not exist anymore. I was in-store to ask for help and they sent me to Foschini. At Foschini the employees told me that the Jet stores people are not doing their job right, I needed to go back to Jet. The Jet people gave me the same numbers I had at first but the numbers are not working. I am in need of a paid-off letter that states my zero balance and account number. What is going on at Jet? Do I need to put myself buying a car and a house on hold and wait for Jet to get their administration/offices/employees/take-over in order and not be confused and paralyzed anymore?
