Jet did me wrong!!!

Last year July bought 2 Cell C contract phones at Jet Mabopane, P30 lite and Y9 2019. Was advised to insure my phones after a very long time of them stress about it , I willingly agreed. I was then told I needed to have a Jet account for me to be able to get insurance for my phones and also have to activate my account by buying at least R500 worth of articles. Opened and activated my account right away. Three months later lost my Y9 2019, went to Jet to claim my phone. I was told that they'll contact me once Cell C has approved my claim, after two months of claiming they got back to me and I was asked to pay R800 access fee, which I did, got a new phone . Went to Jet Wonderpack to purchase clothes,was told my account is in arrears due to not paying insurance for my 2 phones and there was another third phone which was on my account too, another Y9 2019 that appeared as if I bought it not claimed. This third phone issue was told they'll attend to it. To my surprise my Cell C account was up to date and I'm also paying insurance there, and had paid up my Jet account too. Now my account is in arrears on something I never signed up for, I have insurance with Cell C, why would I need Jet insurance too. Prior to me losing my phones had issues with two insurances that I never signed up for, Get more and My assist ;called Cell C to cancel those since I never signed up for them and was asked to wait two months before they are canceled and even after that two months still had issues with this insurances, which I was still paying for and not using. Months later my phone needed a repair, this time went to Cell C store(Crossing) when I got there was told there was never a claim for my phone and the one that needs a repair the IME number is not on their system. The phones on their system is my lost Y9 and the P30 lite. I couldn’t get help although to my knowledge thought I had claimed my lost phone and my account was up to date with payment. To this day my phone is still not repaired and I still owe Jet for the insurance I don't know about. I can't even get a loan because of Jet. Please help!
