Jet Delft Mall not child friendly!

Today ( 3 January 2019), i went into Jet Delft Mall, and i experienced the worst service ever! Firstly this is not the first time for me to visit the store, and definitely not the first time the service "sucked" as much. Anyways i needed a few items so because of desperation i went in there knowing hopefully I'll get what i needed, and i did, but while i was standing in the line waiting to pay, my 1 year old boy hardly touched the one of the shelves at the tillpoints, shelves which was not even on hooks, my son could've hurt himself badly, but instead of checking why the shelve collapsed, the cashier (Thembakazi Twesi), very irritated with my son shouted yoooh!!!!, And said something in Xhosa i don't understand... I didn't say anything but "my son could've hurt himself badly you know?!", I regret leaving my phone at home, cause I would've liked to take pictures of how clumsy the shelves is, any other child can hurt themselves very badly, what if those shelves fall on a child?, What if it falls on an adult's foot?, I mean how can they leave their shelves in a dangerous condition while I'm sure everyday they deal with numerous customers entering the store with children!? I couldn't believe the amount of ignorance!
