Jet debt frustration

I had a account with Jet. I has life insurance with them. Which accumulated to R192. They called me to make an arrangement to pay the account, which we agreed on a once off debit order and that after that happens the account would be closed. To my surprise, the account still exists and has accumulated a debt I have no idea about because my life insurance just lapsed when the company was sold to rcs.

I am struggling with just getting this company to close this account this I paid over what they needed from me last year already
