Jet/ RCS/ Nimble refuse to help me clear my name I struggled to pay my Jet clothing account within the agreed time due to financial issues. My account was then handed over to Mbd inc attorneys for collections. I then paid my account through them. Now I need paid-up letter to clear my name. MBD inc says they don't have my information anymore. I called Jet they said old accounts was s****ped off from their system when RCS took over in 2020. Then I called RCS they tell me the same story that they don't have my information on their system I should check with nimble groups still the same problem. The problem is I had an account with Jet they should have my record even if I was handed over. Now I need to clear my name from credit bureau I need a letter or a written statement even if is the same statement that I'm not on their system for me to submit to show that my debt at Jet was paid up. All these three companies are sending me from pillar to post and refuse to help me.

How ever I'm not happy how this matter was attended to by your call center ( jet and rcs), especially your team leaders of those call center I was treated as if I was taking chances, I've never been a client. They were rude to me. Even if I explained what I needed from them. Was it necessary for me to post my complain here at hello Peter?
