Jet customer service is pathetic

What a mission it is to get to customer services. No one answers the phone and if they do you get blind transferee to another agent who in turn doesnt pick up. Why is it so hard to get a lost card replaced after sending everything requested and confirmed sorted? Definitely closing down the Jet account. Not worth the money and time.
