I paid my jet acc up in the beginning of the year. I got statements every month that my acc balance is -r25. Today i got a statement with the balance of R350 I called in and a lady said my airtime was reactivated. Im nt awarw of any airtime im gettng.im so ****n sick of edcon. im not paying tht amount.From -25 rand to R350 ***. Im nt leaving it so.please fx ths *** n close my acc as u messng with my credit record

Our accounts department will escalate your query to RMCS for urgent cancellation and the reversal of the fees and feedback will be provided to you.
