Jet Cradlestone mall

Good day... I've always visited the jet store in Cradlestone mall, but I feel this time around they have failed me. On the 29th of November 2024, just before 8, I went in and bought 3 items clothing @ R141.79. I swiped off from my incentive card, but the receipt or machine did not print out my receipt. So I said to the cashier, I'll come back later to get my receipt, since I was running out of time and need to go to work. I later came in and was told that my transaction is not showing on the system, I was like, but how because the money went off my account. I was then told to come back today, as the cashier had already knocked off. When I got there just after 10, the cashier was there, but still I was told the same story of yesterday. I'm not happy at all, because surely, their cashup should have been over yesterday. I can not provide a print out but a screenshot of my transaction. Please assist in sorting this matter
