JET CLUB: WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

Good day My name is Nhlamulo. On April 17th, I paid R1230 for my The Fix Store account online. Then, on April 18th, I decided to go to the store to verify if the payment was reflected on my account, and when they printed out the mini statement for me, I discovered that there was an amount of R55 with reference to Jet club, so I went straight to Jeb and inquired about it. They called the jet head office and stated it was for magazine and funeral coverage. I was not informed about this product, as well as the quantity of funeral coverage purchased for me. and never signed any paperwork. i never even receive any magazine or funeral document. When I contacted, I was told that they would cancel it and only refund me for three months. they claimed the the amount from the day I opened this account. i request that Jet club pay back all the amount they collected and cancel this product.
