Jet Club *****ulently activated I a Jet store on TFG account

I received an SMS today notifying me of my Jet Club registration and activation. I never signed up for this. TFG customer service confirmed the registration on my TFG account card and told me it was registered in store. The only Jet store that I visited was the Clearwater Mall store and I definitely did not sign up for anything! The Jet Club and Guard Risk policy registration was ******* and *****ulent. TFG customer service advised me that TFG doesn't have a ***** line and that I must take this up with the store myself. This is absolutely shocking and I want to know what Jet is going to do about it. I will close my TFG account immediately
