Jet Club Fee Charges I did not subscribe

Jet (RCS Group) is charging me for a Jet Club Fee of R42.00 which I did not subscribe for. I called the consultant last week and the lady said that Jet will contact me within 48 hours. It is now over 48 hour and I haven't heard from them. I would like to know when they started charging me and Jet must credit my account. I also requested for a statement for the past 12 months, which I haven't received as well.
