Jet Club Claim

My mom passed away on the 27th of January 2023 I submitted forms to claim for Jet Club on the 2nd of February 2023 on the 6th of February 2023 I received an sms approved and they say I must go and collect, when I arrived at Jet Pinecrest I was told the system is not picking up the number and I went more than 5 times I called Hollard they said they have played their role

Who's being fooled here the sad part my mom has been a member since 2004 are you ******** people of their money when it is due to them?
