Jet club card and poor service
<p>I signed up for Jet Club Card at JetMart Southgate. The teller said it came with funeral benefit. When my statement came month end, i was charged for the club PLUS personal funeral insurance PLUS a "part-month service fee" on top of my regular service fee!!!!!!!!!!!! This all for close to R100 amonth for things i didnt ask for. The tellers are untrained in proper upselling. No mention of additional fees and she had a shove and sign mentality.</p>
