Jet cloting store not impressed with their customer service at all

Good day I am not impressed with the service that I'm receiving from Jet after being such a loyal client of them over the years .

This matter was reported in March or June I even received a phone call from customer services promising that they will sort this matter out but they haven't this has been going on from 2*** we are in 2020 it is still not sorted out an sms was send to me on the 26/06/2020 that I can use my account but until today my card is still blocked please see the sms below .
