Jet Centurion mall Cellphone and handbag theft and nothing is done to up the security

I always went to Jet Centurion mall and nothing ever happened. The one day 11 December 2021 exactly for a little Christmas shopping. My phone got ****** out of my handbag and nothing was done to even try to help. Excuse is the cameras are not where the phone was ******. I have read so many reviews and the same has happened to so many people. I mean if this has happened so many times why has the security not been upped to prevent this. This is apparently not the first time. On the same day my phone was ****** out of my bag, another ladies handbag was ****** minutes after my phone was ******. On a review the same thing happened to a lady time in the same store already. Jet Centurion mall will never see me again unless they get their security sorted and more lighting by all the clothing to prevent this from happening. I feel more could have been done to help. They will lose customers like this and not just 1 or 2 but many.
