Jet Cellphone

I bought a cellphone at Jet beginning of July. Then it kept giving me problems & I took it back on the 2nd of August. They took it in for repairs & had told me I will receive an sms when it is back. Last month I went to the shop to enquire about the phone & was told it was already late to make a phone call to enquire. I then went again during the day so I can make the call hence it is still early. When I got there I was told I will receive an sms & the person who told me I can make a phone call to enquire was just toying with me. It has been two full months without my phone & no follow up is being done. It is the first of October now & its a start of a third month. I honestly regret purchasing a phone from Jet.
