Jet Cashier one in a million

I had the most nicest experience at the Jet store in Johannesburg(Cnr Eloff Street and Von Brandis Street). I did a purchase there and a lady assisted me. The Next day I had to return a pair of school shoes that was a number to big and while looking for the slip and my Edgards card I could not locate my card. I just though that I must have left it at the store. I went back and Ntombizethu Ngema recognized me immediately and said she kept my card and handed it in. She the assisted me and took me to the service counter as it was a bit hidden away. After that she also assisted me with the exchange. It is really the best services I got ever since I visited a Jet store. I must praise her for her excellent customer service. She is a real excample for us all. #greatbusiness
