JET Card Renewal

I was in JET for 5 hours to get a new card, being transferred from one consultant to another and each one requesting my personal details. I was on the verge of closing my account with JET when I was assisted by Lee and the manner in which he helped me changed my mind. He was helpful, caring, and professional.
