Jet card

We had an account with Jet which was in arrears then we went to settle it it no longer owing and there was a bank power of R488 in it we went to check if it had a bank power they swiped it n say their systems are not working we returned back again after 2 days DE lady swiped the the card an say it's owing R79 how what happened coz we've settled the account and we had no insurance What is the world coming into
