Jet cant pick up payments

I paid my account in full via EFT. Now i get messages I must pay. Try to call them is a nightmare as you get transfered to other people and the problem dont get sorted out. Send proof of payment to all the emails and whatsapp numbers with no luck. Bunch of *********** staff employed by Jet
