Jet can give you a account quickly but try to close it then nobody knows how to do their job

My husband has been trying to close his account now for several months. It is payed up in full and he calls them to close it. After struggling to get hold of then for who knows how long. Then they assure him it is closed only to get a message the next month that he owes them money again. And that goes against his name as a late payer as he doesn't know about it because they assured him the account is closed. How hard can it be to close a account with jet stores. Every month we must pay stuff that is nonsense just to try and close the account and the next month somebody did not do their job and we must pay almost R200 again to close the account. So for the rest of our lives we must pay R200 a month for nothing. That is just outrageous. He regrets the day he opened a account with them and will never do business with them again.
