Recently I settled my credit at Jet Clothing store and immediately i wanted to close my account but on the same day I was told that I should come the following day because their system doesn't make immediate update. The Following day when i arrive at Jet Store at Maluti Crescent Mall I was told that they are offline therefore they cant assist me to close my account. Then I went to another Jet store at Setsing shopping center when the cashier tried to assist me I was told I am owing Card Service Fee, and my argument was that I settled my account previous day so I cannot pay another amount. The manager was so rude instead of intervening in a professional manner. I am so disappointed at Jet Store, just imagine settling the account today and when you are trying to close the account you are being told that you should come the following day, when you come you are now owing another amount.
