JET BREDASDORP Manager

Estralita, manager of Bredasdorp branch western cape, ahould be fired as she has no way of speaking, not even to customers.

I went to exchange item i bought yesterday. At the entrance i enquired if i could exchange. The lady tried to inform me, while unpacking retail stock, however Estralita answered rudely that they were offline. I then asked when they know if it would be on... Rude answers

After this, i walkwd away, shaking my head and saying sjoe...oh **** she started verbally harassing me behind my back. I turned back to defend myself.... She kept on... And on. When i walked closer to get her name. " Hiers dit, vat sommer i foto"

Customer complaints does not carry alot of wait when it comes to store level as there is only the staff side of the episode. I wish to be present when the area manager handles this rude woman as this is NOT her first customer this week.
