Jet branded products of poor quality!!!

I bought a pair of school shoes for R219.99 at Jet Zevenwacht mall on 16/08/15. I returned the shoes on 25/11/15 as both shoes have cracked through the bottom. The manager told us that jet brand school shoes are only guaranteed for 30 days. I found this unbelievable and asked for the customer service number. I phoned *** on 25/11/15 and was informed that the returns policy is 30 days and the faulty item return/exchange policy is for 6months and that the store manager will phone me within 48 hours to return the shoes. Ref ***-GO. I phoned the customer service number again on Friday 27/11/15 about 10 times and all the calls were dropped after i dialed my options (2 for jet stores, and option 2 again) I phoned again this morning and was informed that Jet brand shoes are only guaranteed for 30 days and other brands for 6 months and that the first person who assisted me was wrong! I am disgusted in the poor service and product quality of Jet!! Jet stores should advertise that they don't believe in the quality of their branded items and therefore only guarantee jet branded products for 30 days!! This giving the customer the option of rather purchasing a BETER!! DISGRACEFUL
