Jet Bloem Plaza HORRIBLE!!

In the history of bad service, Jet Bloem Plaza takes the top spot. It is the busiest Jet store in Bloemfontein, but NEVER has enough staff to accomodate the massive line of clients waiting. There are 10 counters but only 2 cashiers, the rudest might I add. When I went to the store 13 May, the cashier Sylvia could not be bothered to answer my questions about the Jet TFG vouchers, because she was too busy chatting with her colleague to be focused on the customer infront of her. When I returend to make an exchange on the 18th of May, I was interested in some items on special, just my bad luck to be assisted by Sylvia once again. There was no price on the sale item, and the answer I got was "It is an old item I cannot get a price" how is this considered customer service? Upon the manager arriving, I was later told that everyone that can assist with a price is off! So then, sorry, your loss?? If everyone else is off you have no customer service! Their shelves are constantly a MESS! I took a item off the special shelve, suprise!! NO SPECIAL PRICE, still regular price. I will certainly not be returning for a rude encounter with Sylvia, or any other staff member for that matter. They need to sort out their shelves, prices, staff attitudes and customer service. Just because you are already an established, busy store, does not mean you can treat customers like they are a nuisance, it is your job to assist them after all!
