Jet blacklisted me but I have never opened any account with them

Jet store has been harassing me for the longest time, they have been calling me to pay my account and I have explained times and times again that I have never owned any Jet account. Recently I just realised they have went as far as black listing me. This affects my life negatively so much. Because I do not have a Jet account to begin with. I don’t own even one item from that store because it never happened to be my favourite shop either.
