JET BALLITO JUNCTION

I type this with so much dissatisfaction with JET BALLITO JUNCTION, today (25 Feb 21), at around 11am. There was an Indian male working at the cash desks. Only person at the till at this time. I had some items that I wanted to return cos I wasn't happy with the way it fitted my daughter and I did not want anything else from the store, so I requested a return for money back by this very rude cashier who looks like he was half asleep. He refused to give me a refund due to me not having my husband's bank card to put the money into, I mentioned that I can even call my husband and get a picture of the card so that he knows that it belongs to us, I further explained that I do not want to wait 7 days for the money as I wang to buy something else from another store. He still refused!! This is the first time ever experiencing such bad service from a retail store due to you not r wanting their item and want your money back and you abiding to the 7 day return policy!!!! However, I then went to the Jet store in Kwadukuza Mall. The lovely female returned the items with no fuss whatsoever, so gladly did a normal return - she did not have any issues and I even told her I don't mind getting a photo of my husband's card to show her and she said there's no need due to the cash receipt showing it states cash sale on it.
