Jet at Hammarsdale Junction is unprofessional

Very unprofessional and bad experience I received from Jet at Hammarsdale Junction mall. I went there to cancel a lay buy a lady said to me they cannot cancel it before expiration date when I asked her where that is written she gave me an attitude and called her colleague because apparently i annoyed her and she couldn’t assist me further. Along cancellation I was informed that they can not refund me as it was written on their system that was after almost 30 minutes of waiting for the clothes to be brought to front desk mind you I’m heavily pregnant and there’s no even a chair to wait on. I’m very disappointed and angry at the same time about their attitude also they kept on gossiping whenever I’d take a little walk to bare the back pains I already had. Jet @Hammersdale Junction is unprofessional. Even when I was doing that laybuy they told me a huge amount to pay when I asked them about a percentage required they said the system tells it own money which I know for sure it’s a lie.
