Jet are ******** their customers

Jet is full of ****. They were recently taken over by the TFG group and I went in on the 20/12/2020 I made a payment of R500. The lady said the payment takes 24 hours to update. I went in the store today and they said there's no payment made like *** I don't have the slip but my credit card shows that I paid r500 now they say my outstanding balance is R470. Where the **** is the money I paid I need answers they said I must go to foschini. But I paid the money in jet I will not pay until they allocate my ****ing money
