Jet are a bunch of ****mers!

Jet is hassling me to pay for an account that was reopened *****ulently. Proof was sent to them last week as per request by their ***** department. They are spoiling my holiday time where I should be calm instead I get hassled to pay for something I did not use. They said 21 working days but also send emails about the matter being resolved.
