Jet and Technologia group. BAD SERVICE. Dont ever repair your phone with Technologia group

Bought a phone at Jet birch acres mall which had faults, took it back within 7 days as per their terms or policy. They then took it in for booking with Technologia group and till date my phone hasnt been returned. Imagine buying something cash and using it after a whole month. BAD SERVICE.

When I check with technologia group this is the info I got. MADIMEJA PAPO Samsung SM-A015F/DS 29-Jan-2021 03-Feb-2021 Ready for collection, Of which their Technologia group has super bad service when I contact them as well.

Can someone care enough to do their job, people have lost their jobs and some are taking advantage of what their got.
