JET AND RCS CON ARTISTS

Wish I could give them 0 stars... RCS and JET STORES must be the biggest bunch of con artists in the history of retail. My mom has had her Jet account for a very long time and there has never been any issues until RCS bought out Edcon which includes Edgars an Jet Stores. She complained that she pays the installment every month and that the credit available never really increases, hence the reason she has not bought anything on her account in more than a year. So I did some digging and managed to download only a few statements as they just send an amount payable via sms every month and nothing specified. What a shock I got... in the last 4 months my mother has paid a total of almost R1000 and the account balance only decreased by R46.53. Thae last month it went down with only R1 despite the fact that the installment was R247!! I found on the statements that there were small purchases indicated, 3 different kinds of interest, a monthly service fee and other items that were never requested but just added onto the account like mobile content subscription etc. RCS should be ****** ashamed of themselves for taking advantage, especially of pensioners who only live off a measly SASSA grant!! I am sure that there are millions of cases like this and I would urge you to closely inspect any accounts you might have relating to RCS and JET STORES as they are enriching themselves by taking from the poor... SHOCKING!!!
