Jet and MBD

I have an account with JET which was handed over to MBD. I tried paying my Jet account and I was told I can't pay it with my ID, they didn't allow me to pay it. I eventually stopped paying for it. Dealing with JET plus MBD is a nightmare. I paid my account but now they don't want to assist me by closing the account. Everytime I ask them questions they don't have answers especially Jet Stores in Port Elizabeth namely the one in Govan Mbeki. I am so tired of this, it is draining me. I want to close this account and move on. I am sent around all the damn time. If I speak to MBD attorneys they say I should go to Jet, if I go to Jet they say I must contact MBD they can't contact each other. I need assistance
