Jet - ********* and inefficient client service

If there was a rating less that zero, you would be getting that. As I predicted with my previous review. You write an email to some person in some or other random office. It bounces between jet and TFG and boom another excuse and everything is closed without Comms to the complaint. You practice ********* business practice, ineffective client service and a round robin game when they mess up on their so called legacy clients.
