Jet and Bluelabel(MonileContent) subscription that cannot be cancelled.

I I cannot cancel mobile content (BlueLabel) that I pay for but not getting anything and when I cancel they phone is dropped, Now canceling my entire account from Jet did not work until I ran out of airtime.
