Jet Advertising School Shirts and no Stock

In the Back to School '16 (27 December - 31 January 2016) Brochure Jet advertised Uni*** Coloured Shirts for R 49.99. I was specifically looking for the Khaki school shirts as advertised. When I visited the Menlyn branch they had no idea what I was talking about. This morning I called various different numbers that I found on the Jet and the Edcon website and I was told by various representatives that they need an SKU number or a barcode number for them to even try helping me. One lady even told me that I need to go into a store again and ask them for these codes that I require. I explained to them that I don't have any of that as I found the shirts in the brochure. They informed me that they don't have the brochure so they cannot assist me. Eventually after numerous attempts some lady informed me that there is no stock yet of this shirt. I am highly disgusted that a product was advertised yet I am unable to purchase any as there is no stock. This is unacceptable especially considering that school reopen on the 13th of January.
