JET ACCOUNTS ARE ****S

I took an account with Jet and when I remember correctly I had paid my account in full, I then received an sms stating that I have to pay, I then went to Jet to pay the R75 only to find out I owe so much money, I then asked for my account statement details (second time asking for this from last year, there was something unsettling at that moment as well - but did not receive the email) they called someone to send an email with my statement and I requested that they send it immediately , they told me it will take 15 hours now it's been more than 3 days (recent request) waiting for my statement.

I cannot see what all these amounts i'm owing are for.
