Jet accounts

I had the worst experience with Jet this morning. I’m trying to change my debit order date That’s all. So I hear Edcon changed and there’s new company. Nobody seems to know what’s happening, I called 5 different times,2 of those calls dropped by consultants,I kept getting transferred me from one department to another. I got a debit order today 5/11/2020 all I want is to change to debit order date. No one is able to help.
