Jet account un-CLOSEABLE!!!

I settled my account to close the account. I received a call I cannot close my account because I owe them money, this happened 4 times, small amounts but always the same story sorry sir we cant close the account you have outstanding balance…. Then all of a sudden…. Sorry sit we cant close your account you have a credit of R177 please spend it at one of our Jet stores. Who do you have working for your accounts that cant do basic math. I want my account closed and nothing to do with you.
