JET ACCOUNT THAT CONFUSES

I'm not happy with the way my Jet account is being handled as im getting calls from people in Pretoria claiming that i owe and when I go to the store im being told that it has been closed long time so im worried that someone is trying to ***** from me and that person always when she calls me shes rude as if im known to her. I love Jet but since this incident im confused.
