Jet Account ****

Its starting to appear to me as though there is an organized scheme by jet/RCS to de***** Jet customers (Jet which is now under RCS group). My story is very similar to many that are on this site. I closed my account over two years ago but early this year I have started getting calls from the Jet collections department demanding payment for "products" that were activated on this account without my knowledge. Every day I must explain the same thing when they call me. Calling their head office does not help as they either keep you on hold or ask you for a closure letter they never gave you. All the while your credit rating is being adversely impacted, they are effectively holding this as a gun to your head to get you to pay for services you do not know about. At some point I received texts from a company that claims to be working with Jet/RCS to resolve such matters (saying my issue is resolved), however the number on that text does not work, and when you click on this company's LinkedIn profile it takes you to a completely different organization's profile.
