Jet account reopened

I closed my Jet account two years ago and now I realized the account is opened again and worse part they are charging me jet club under my TFG account.

I have called numerous times to get this account closed and no response instead i get transferred to different departments. This is wasting my airtime and time.

Why would they reopen my account without my consent?
