Jet Account protection plan a total ripoff

The Jet account protection plan is a ripoff. I have been paying for it for the past 6 years. I was referenced from work in December last year and of course I expected the Account protection plan to pay off my debt. At least a small percentage maybe. I submitted all the required documents in February 2020 then I received a message from Hollard on the 10th of February saying they have received my claim and they are working on it. They gave me a reference number. Till today I never heard of them and they didn't pay a penny for me to settle my debt. I get calls from Edcon everyday reminding me to pay my debt. I tell the consultants everyday the same story that I was retrenched and I'm waiting for Hollard to pay on my behalf. They call me everyday, I mean everyday. 7 months down the line and still no help for me. What happened to the money that I paid all these years. This is a total *******.
