JET ACCOUNT Problem
I had an account with Jet store that i paid off in 2013 and close it in 2017 i started to receive the statement via cellphone that i owe R25 i visited Musina Branch they confirmed that the account is closed i asked them to take the R25 even though i dont know what ist for the lady told me she cant process it as the account is closed however i keep on getting the statement 2 weeks ago iwanted to buy a house boom here is Jet with R25 that i am owing them since 2013 and the account is not closed it indicate open and this have dented my credit score can you please assist that they close this account please.
