Jet account opened **********ly in my name, followed by terrible service

Someone took out a Jet/ Edgars account in my name and spent over R10 000. This is despite the fact I'm registered with SA ***** Prevention Service, which every store is supposed to check with before opening an account in my name. I asked the head office consultant what I needed to take to prove it wasn't me, and she said just my ID, to any branch. The first branch didn't have the forms. Then the second branch told me I needed a affidavit. I returned to submit this, and was told I'd receive a call from head office.

I still have not been called.
