JET ACCOUNT ON MY NAME WHICH I DO NOT EVEN KNOW I HAD

A credit check was done on my identity number and by my surprise I found that I have a Jet account with a current balance of R2260 and a credit limit of R2115. I want this removed from my name seeing that I do not have a Jet account and I do not want a Jet account.
