JET ACCOUNT MY CREDIT BALANCE REVERSED AS PURCHASE

On 4 July 2022 I addressed an e-mail to Jet's enquiries address provided on their statement pertaining to an adjustment that they did in order to remove MY credit balance from the account. To date I have not received any responses after receiving an auto response e-mail on the same day with the following ""Thank you for your email, our customer service team will respond as soon as possible. "" SOOOOO, more than a month later and to date no response received. Jet you are *****ing my money by reversing a credit as a purchase adjustment - SO NOT ON - REALLY!!!!
