Jet account money build up

I just received another call from jet regarding paying overdue funds. I went through the process via phone of paying the settlement amount and was assured that there will be no fees build up again. Today the called and told me there's another R400 of settlement amount and how? I don't even have a card anymore because it would have been closed as per telephone. I'm not pleased and I'm not going to make payments for this account as it would've been closed the Last time I paid the settlement amount. The service is up to..... And all you guys do is take our money.
